Learn to make a simple willow basket and a clay pot from locally dug clay

Willow can be used to make a range of useful objects from a simple basket to a fish trap or even a chair. By making a simple basket without a handle you'll learn all the basic techniques you'll need to make simple containers from easily collected hedgerow materials. You'll also make a small clay pot from locally dug clay that we'll prepare and refine and we'll fire one that has had time to dry out so you can see the firing process.
