Learn the key plants you'll need in the wild from making useful cordage to tools, hunting equipment and medicines

Out in the wild there are no nails or screws for constructing the things you need but there are 101 uses for good cordage. You'll learn how to process plants and make good strong string/cord. Discover some useful wild medicinal plants to treat wounds, fevers, pain, worms and much more. Find out which trees are useful for which jobs and how to identify them.

Duration: 3 hours

Cost: Prices from 21 each for a group of 10, 30 per person for first two people, 15 per additional group member. Individual one-to-one booking available at 60.

Further information: Minimum group size two; maximum 12. Participants should be 16 or over.

The activity leader is qualified through the Institute for Outdoor Learning to teach bushcrafts to groups and has been involved in bushcrafts and woodland skills for over thirty years. He is DBS cleared.
