a whole load of wild food all around us; it’s just a matter of knowing
edible, what is poisonous and what to do with it. We’ll give you an
to the wild food you can forage for in the autumn including roots,
fruits, nuts and wild mushrooms. We'll look at safe identification, discuss
preparation and do some tasting.

for wild food since the early 1980s and
recently appeared on television foraging with Robson Green on More Tales from
Northumberland. All our leaders are DBS checked.
