experienced wild food forager, Bruce Ferguson, on an exploration of the wild food
comes into season in the autumn. This is the time of year to gather
collect and process wild fruits, harvest wild roots and enjoy the
textures of our wild mushrooms. Bruce has been foraging since
1980s and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Find out how to forage
food safely and sustainably and also how to stay on the right side of
while you do it. You'll get a chance to taste some of the things we
find as we
go round the wood and get some hints on how to prepare the wild food you can
