An introduction to the wild food available in the spring: find out what’s edible and what’s not! There’s a whole load of wild food all around us; it’s just a matter of knowing what is edible, what is poisonous and what to do with it.  We’ll give you an introduction to the wild food you can forage for in the spring. There'll be plenty of useful tips on identification to stay safe while foraging for wild food, we'll cover the legal aspects of foraging so you stay on the right side of the law, discuss sustainability, look at how to prepare and cook the wild food we find and do a bit of tasting along the way.
