Learn how to identify edible wild mushrooms

edible wild mushrooms
6th October Thornley Woodlands
21st October Kielder Castle

There’s a great deal of apprehension about eating wild mushrooms in Britain and although we do well to treat them with respect, wild mushrooms can be a wonderful source of food and can add a great deal of interest and variation to our meals. Bruce Ferguson has been foraging for wild mushrooms for more than thirty years; join him and find out what’s edible and what’s not in the world of mushrooms and toadstools!
