although we do well to treat them with respect, wild mushrooms can be a
wonderful source of food and can add a some wonderful flavours, interest and
variation to our meals. Bruce Ferguson has been foraging for wild mushrooms
for more than thirty years; join him and find out what’s edible and
what’s not in the world of mushrooms and toadstools!
