Wild food through the
A series of foraging sessions throughout the year
looking at the
seasonal wild food available, useful tips on preparation and some
a whole load of wild food all around us; it’s just a matter of
knowing what is edible, what is poisonous and what to do with it. We’ll
give you an introduction to the wild foods you can forage for in each
season. We'll look at aspects of identification and we'll prepare and
sample some seasonal food.
Although there are three seasonal
forages with dates fixed (see below) you can also book a foraging
session of your own for your family or group paying our usual half day
rate. Please ring to discuss dates.
