Bushcrafts cooking fireAn evening with badgers and bats

A chance to see and hear some of our more elusive nocturnal wildlife

We'll visit a badger sett well before sunset and settle down to watch for them emerging. Using binoculars you will be able to watch their activity as they emerge even when the light levels are quite low. You are never guaranteed a sighting when wildwatching but we'll give you the best chance we can. We'll then move on from the sett to use a bat detector to hear and identify which bats are flying and feeding. Weather dependent.
