club is designed for people with a love of wild food whether you are a
complete beginner to foraging
or are more experienced and wanting to hone your wild food skills.

forays in a range of locations across the north
east over the course of the year covering foraging a wide range of wild food
from hedgerows to woodlands to the seashore from shell fish and
seaweeds to wild herbs, fruits, roots, nuts and wild mushrooms. See
below for forays in 2021.
A Facebook group for members to post on and share foraging experiences,
discoveries, recipes, new wild food
ideas and so on.
Your wild food mentor is Bruce
Ferguson. Bruce has been foraging
for wild food for
nearly 40 years and has been teaching foraging
since 1985. Thousands of people have attended his courses and foraging
sessions over the decades and he has often appeared on television and
radio sharing his knowledge and identification skills, including Look
North, More Tales from Northumberland with Robson Green and Made
Tyne and Wear.
